TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Colourshade Z25 is a three bar knitted, lockstitch Z pattern, Incorporating one monofilament and two type yarns for dimensional stability, tear and fray resistance.
The fabric is manufactured at out factory, in South Africa, and is made from virgin High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE).
The Z pattern gives excellent weft and warp stability, due to extended throw of the weft yarns across the knitting needles during fabrication of the fabric.
The Z pattern design achieves high density coverage with the weft yarns, giving up to 97% UV block out and exceptional water run off properties.
The Z25 fabric is heat set using a stentering process, giving additional dimensional stability and strength as a result of shrinking and equalising the yarn lengths and knots in the three bar lock-stitch pattern.
The stentering of the Z25 fabric assists in reducing sagging and looseness in the fabric after installation.
The fabrics are used extensively for large tension structures, carports, shade sails, awning and other types of shade covers.

ALNET RANGE

OUR ALNET RANGE IS A SOUTH AFRICAN PRODUCT (MEDIUM RANGE).

Manufactured using Virgin High Density Polyethylene, Alnet Sunblock Shadecloth is a light weight multi-purpose shade fabric to suit most shadecloth applications.

Sunblock Shadecloth is a functional outdoor shadecloth that provides long-lasting performance, superior UV protection and has a high strength to weight ratio with
a wide range of applications and is carefully constructed for ease of handling and fabrication.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

DriZ water resistant shade netting comes with a laminated UV protective coating, which must be installed with the coating facing downward or away from the sun's direct and damaging UV radiation wavelengths. This coating has limited abrasion and tear resistant properties. Care must be taken to protect the coating against abrasion, snagging or tearing during transportation, makeup and installation of covers.
The base fabric of DriZ is knitted using a special polyethylene material, more commonly known to the lay person as plastic. As DriZ is a knitted plastic product it will, when exposed to heat, have a tendency to shrink nominally. Covers must be correctly sized and not left unprotected in the sun or high heat areas before being installed.
NOTE: Depending on the size and condition of the structure, it will have to be signed off by an engineer.

TEXOUT RANGE

Our Texout 302 (A High End Italian product range) has a shading fabric in PVC coated polyester treated with the Précontrait® Technology (Serge Ferrari) coating technique. Thanks to its execptional stability it allows a great freedom of shapes and sizes.

Remarkable mechanical strength and low weight to facilitate winding. Smooth, stain-resistant surface for easy cleaning. Flame retardant according to Class 2 (IT), B1 (DE) and M2(FR) standards.
